Salary: £24,336 per year + service charge

Shift pattern Monday to Friday 9-5, with expected flexibility to work outside of these hours for special events according to business needs.

The Food and Drink Administrator is responsible for assisting the F&D Departmental Managers with various administrative tasks, with a key focus on;

  • Coordinating of (group) bookings and inquiries of the various Food and Beverage outlets.
  • Assisting and covering the F&B Cost Controller
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with various administrative tasks and projects
  • Training admin support

SALES & GUESTS SERVICE

  • Achieving budgeted sales and ensuring that all employees know the targets of the department, including the monthly sales targets.
  • Take careful note of guests’ requirements and take these into consideration
  • Support with the handling of (individual) reservations for Park Corner Brasserie & Revery Bar coming in via telephone during peak times.
  • Support the departmental managers in the handling of group bookings including inquiry handling, site inspections, event planning, contracting and handling of payments.
  • Support the departmental managers to ensure the content on our advertising platforms is always up to date and appealing.
  • Efficient handling of guests’ complaints and their follow-up.
  • Support the departmental managers in the monitoring and responding to (online) guest feedback received

PLANNING, ORGANISATION & SUPERVISION

  • Ensuring a smooth service at the highest standards of quality in all aspects of the operation, guaranteeing that brand values and standards are never compromised
  • Obtain information daily on the occupancy of the hotel and the activities in the hotel.
  • Prepare Food & Drink outlet business and event update for weekly operations meetings.

AMINISTRATIVE TASKS & FINANCIAL PLANNING

  • File documents received in the files provided for the purpose (e.g. event orders, memos, reports).
  • Handling of relevant invoices according to the hotels’ standards and procedures; Reviewing the PTP list on a weekly basis, communicating any F&B related invoices that require follow-up with the relevant outlet managers.
  • Generally assist with and able to independently complete a series of tasks (holiday cover) which fall under the responsibility of the F&B Cost Controller including but not limited to general reporting tasks, controlling the beverage stock / cellar management and Agilysys requirements.

ELIGIBILITY

  • In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
  • Documentation is required at interview stage (for EU Nationals share code requested to check EU Settled/Pre-Settled status)
